  • SAVENPH have the right to refuse to give service to those who has been rude to us and impatient with their order, if in event the payment has been made we will refund the payment even without the customer's consent.
  • Cancellation of order is not allowed after filling out the order form. Be 101% sure you can pay ON TIME before ordering. Otherwise you will be posted as bogus buyer and will be blacklisted.
  • ONE TIME PAYMENT ONLY. Must be fully paid on or before the deadline of payment, payment less than the total amount will NOT be processed and any excess payment will be automatically forfeited.
  • SAVENPH shall not be liable for the delay, loss and damages when the package were transferred to our International/Local couriers, there are circumstances that are already beyond our control, however as your Group Order Manager we will assist you in the best way that we can.
  • SAVENPH are not responsible for any manufacturing errors when the product is completely sealed. SAVENPH is NOT a manufacturer of the items but a merchandise reseller only. All items are/will be coming from South Korea if in event the customer received a defective item we will still assist you. (Fees at customer's expense)
  • SAVENPH reserve the right to deny returns in case of (1) opened product, (2) if the value of product is deemed to be depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal of label or tags, or disposal of product box or unwrapping.
  • SAVENPH will only refund if the product is out of stock.
  • Incase of wrong delivery/Lack of items, Unboxing video of the package is required, video must start from opening the courier's pouch/box, edited or tampered video and picture only is NOT VALID.
  • Incase of return due to wrong delivery/Lack of items, SAVENPH is responsible for and must pay the fees for the product(s) returned.
  • For door to door delivery: 3 failure attempts of delivery will result to 'Return to sender', in this case the customer will have to pay another shipping fee for us to re-ship your order. Make sure the address and contact number you will provide are complete and correct.
  • For branch pick up: The customer have 10 days (starting from the date it arrived at the branch) to claim their package, Failure to claim the package within 10 days will result to 'Return to sender', in this case the customer will have to pay another shipping fee for us to re-ship your order.
  • Proof of payment must be submitted to the payment form attached in your order confirmation. We are strictly implementing NO PAYMENT FORM = NO ORDER Policy.
  • Combine shipping is NOT allowed.
  • Sending fake receipts is a crime and punishable by law. If proven, we will release all the personal data we gathered.
